How to check the Statistical Result and Survey Response Rate of questionnaires?
1. Login to ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version), go to “Message Management> Message Announcement”; Check【Survey Response Rate】and【Survey】
2. In Statistical Result, the charts and details could be found. Details are exportable.
