What are the available payment methods?

There are 2 options for payment: Online credit cards and back transfer. 

For online credit card payment, please refer to following steps: 
1. Login to ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version), click “Upgrade/Purchase” at top right corner of the web page, then select ”Additional purchase/Upgrade/Extend ” to visit “new order” page.


2. Select authority numbers and version of ServiceJDC, select online credit card, fill-in credit card information, and then click “Confirm.”


3. Confirm your order information and payment amount, click “Confirm & Pay” to redirect to CTBC bank online credit card web page. 


4. Enter your credit card information (credit cards issued by every bank are accepted), click “Confirm & Pay” 


5. If payment is succeed, it will redirect automatically to payment result page of back-end system. Order created.


For bank transfer, please refer to following steps: 
1. Login to ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version), click “Upgrade/Purchase” at top right corner of the web page, then select ”Additional purchase/Upgrade/Extend ” to visit “new order” page.


2. Select authority numbers and version of ServiceJDC, select bank transfer, fill-in bank account information, and then click “Confirm.”


3. Confirm your order information and payment amount, click “Confirm & Pay.” Order created.

4. Please make bank transfer in three days by ATM or Web bank to following bank account:

5. Please submit “bank transfer feedback” within three days after order creation. Check your e-mail of order creation, click the link, and fill in relevant information on “bank transfer feedback” page.



6. Once payment is received, we will create your account and inform you. ServiceJDC is ready to use.
