ServiceJDC (hereinafter referred to as the “System”) is a field service management system and mobile platform provided by Mercuries Data Systems Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). We recognize the importance of your privacy and have established this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, process, and protect your personal data, as well as to inform you of your rights. This Policy applies to all services provided by the System and is governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which we operate. Privacy laws, including the types of data processing that are required, permitted, or prohibited, vary across different countries and regions worldwide. Therefore, if you access or use the System across national, regional, state, provincial, or other geographical boundaries, the data processing practices described in this Policy may differ from those applicable in your country or region. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the System immediately. By continuing to use the System, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Personal Data We Collect and the Purpose of Collection
In order to provide complete and properly functioning services, we must collect and use certain personal data from you. If you do not provide such data, you may be unable to register for or use certain features of the System.

Please note: Your location information serves as a core basis for the System’s field management functions. If you refuse to provide such information, certain related management features may not function properly, including but not limited to task clock-in and attendance clock-in functions.
2. Use and Sharing of Personal Data
(1) Unless we have obtained your explicit authorization or are required to do so by applicable law, we will not provide your personal data to unrelated third parties.
(2) We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
- Internal Use: We will use your data for identity verification, customer service, data archiving, system backup, customer support, sending non-marketing notifications, and continuously improving the quality of our services.
- Marketing and Advertising: Subject to your consent, we may use your data to provide service recommendations and product promotions. You may adjust your preferences or opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time through your account settings.
- Sharing with Your Employer (Enterprise Account Owner): As the System is an enterprise field management platform, we are required to provide certain data — including your name, mobile phone number, location information, clock-in records, and work report content — to your employer for management and performance evaluation purposes. This constitutes a core function of the System. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to such data sharing.
(3) Legal Requirements and Protection We may share your personal data under the following circumstances:
- To comply with lawful requests or investigations conducted by judicial or governmental authorities.
- To investigate or prevent illegal activities (such as fraud) or situations involving potential threats to personal safety.
- In emergency situations or when providing emergency assistance services in response to specific incidents.
- To protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company, other users, or the public.
3. Data Security and Protection Measures
We are committed to implementing physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to protect your personal data against loss, theft, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
(1) Security Technologies: We use encryption technologies to protect data transmissions and regularly conduct security vulnerability assessments and updates to our protective measures.
(2) Access Control: Access to your personal data is limited to employees, contractors, or agents who need to know such information for legitimate work-related purposes. All such personnel are subject to strict confidentiality obligations, and violations may result in disciplinary action.
(3) Data Retention: We will retain your personal data only for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When the data is no longer required, we will take reasonable measures to delete or anonymize it.
