Equipment Management

 

Equipment management is plugin module, you need to use 【System administrator】 authority to purchase and activate in ServiceJDC(web).

 

1. Login ServiceJDC(web), you can click “Upgrade/Purchase” to enter account information.

  

2. Find plugin module’s equipment and click “activate” .

 

3. After activate, you can use all equipment management function.

 

function is only available for 【System manager】 and 【role permission with expansion field】.

 

1. Go to ServiceJDC(web) >> System Setting >> Expansion Field >> Equipment Data. Then, click design.

 

2. In 【expended field setting】, you can drag 【field components】 to customize layout. Click up-right to edit fields. Click “Save” to finish.

 

3. In 【Field attributes setting】 you can edit every field attributes like required field, sure to hide, be task list search conditions, regard as APP-end search conditions and be related shown field. Click “Save” to end edit.

2. In 【expended field setting】, you can drag 【field components】 to customize layout. Click up-right to edit fields. Click “Save” to finish.

 

3. In 【Field attributes setting】 you can edit every field attributes like required field, sure to hide, be task list search conditions, regard as APP-end search conditions and be related shown field . Click “Save” to end edit.

Go to ServiceJDC(web) >> Equipment >> Equipment Data. You can click “add” to add single data or click “import” to batch upload.

 

  • Add single:input equipment data and click “save” to finish.


  • Batch import

    1. Download excel sample file.


    2. Input equipment data into excel fields. Optional field can be null.


    3. Back to “import” page and select equipment data file. Click “next.”


    4. Wait for file verification finish. If error occur, advise file according notification. If not, click “next” to finish batch import.

Go to ServiceJDC(web) >> Equipment >> Equipment Error Code. You can click “add” to add single data or click “import” to batch upload.

 

  • Add single:input equipment data and click “save” to finish.



  • Batch import

    1. Download excel sample file.



    2. Input equipment error data into excel fields. Optional field can be null.



    3. Back to “import” page and select equipment data file. Click “next.”



    4. Wait for file verification finish. If error occur, advise file according notification. If not, click “next” to finish batch import.

Go to ServiceJDC(web) >> Task >> Task list. You can click “add” to add single data or click “import” to batch upload.

 

  • Add single

    1. Click “Add>Add equipment task”



    2. You can select equipment according to search conditions.

    3. Then, input related data and click “create task” to add a single equipment task.

 

  • Bach import:Download excel sample file, and input according to certain format. Then, upload in import page. After verification finish and correct, batch import finish.

Open ServiceJDC app, click “Calendar>up-right functions logo>Add device task” to input equipment task detail and finish task dispatch.

  • Through equipment search

    1. Open ServiceJDC app, click “more>equipment search.” Input search conditions to find equipment and click “Data Content.”



    2. In device information page, click “Current task.” In up-right flitter conditions select task status of “Completed & Cancelled.” Then, click “search” to find history records.

  • Through Today’s Task

    Open ServiceJDC App, click “Calendar>each task.” If the task is equipment task, you can click “i” button in field “device” to enter device information page. Search method is same as above.
