Steps description in detail: 

1. Please visit ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version), click on “Register here”
 

2. Fill in your information (【*】indicates required fields ). When you are finished, click on “Yes, register now.”

3.Check your e-mail with registered e-mail address for verification. Click on “Verify my e-mail address.” The verification is completed.

4.Click on “Login immediately” to experience your free trial.

 

This operation is restricted to【System Manager】only.

1. Visit ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version), click company name at top right corner of the web page, select “Company data.”


2. Company name or contact person are now changeable. Click “Save” to finish the change. 

 

To change the password, please visit back-end platform of ServiceJDC through APP or web page. Please refer to following steps:

First, change password through ServiceJDC APP. 

1. Launch ServiceJDC APP >> Settings> Change Password; enter old password and new password, then click “Change password.” The password is changed. 
 

Second, change password through ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version). 

This operation is restricted to【System Manager】only.


1. Visit ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version), click company name at top right corner of the web page, select “Change personal password”; enter old password and new password, then click “Change password.” The password is changed.

 

This operation is restricted to【System Manager】only.

1. Visit ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version)> Data management> employee account. 


2. “Personal data” is now changeable.

Situation 1: An E-mail address is available in account setting.

1.Please visit ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version), click on “Forget my password”, enter【enterprise account name】and 【User name/cellphone numbers/e-mail address(chose one from three to enter)】, then click “Reset my password”, system will sent a password reset verification e-mail to your registered e-mail address. 

 

2.Check your e-mail, click “Reset my password” webpage link and reset a new password.
 

Situation 2: No E-mail address is available in account setting.

1. Request the staff who has manager permission to login ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version), go to “Data management > employee account.”

2. Find out the employee data to be changed, click “Reset the password” to change password into the same as account name.
