The message has been sent is not editable. 

For any modification, please copy and delete old message. Follow the steps as below:

1. Login to ServiceJDC back-end platform (web page version), go to “Message Management> Message Announcement”; Click the announcement to be modified. 


2. Click “Copy”, a same but new message will pop out and ready for editing. Edit it, and click “Save” to complete. 



3. Return to the message announcement table to delete old message.
